Review summary

Ship in poor condition & management has a poor attitude! They actually did us a favor though, we had intended to put down a deposit for a future transatlantic cruise but that ain't happening now with NCL, imagine doing a 15 day cruise on this pile of rust! There's other games in town which we have used before and will be going back to them!

Rust, paint chips falling on us, paint chip in foot, paint chip fell in drink, sunken mattress.

Ship tip

After doing & bragging about NCL it's not the same NCL as a few years ago, go elsewhere as we are.

I’d understand not being thrilled with some excess wear and tear, but giving everything on the ship one star says more about the cruiser than the ship. Sounds like you decided one issue made the whole cruise bad rather than not expecting it to be perfect and just enjoying the cruise.

Sorry your cruise was disappointing. I was on the Breakaway in May and didn’t notice any of the things you mentioned. I thought the staff was friendly and hard working.
