Review summary

Good cruise not great! We flew all the way from San Diego and NCL canceled a port . A long distance for three ports!!! $50 on board credit not enough!

Manhattan room : food and service excellent Brazilian steak house: food disappointing beef quality service below expectations Cagney Steak House: Ordered a medium well filet mignon . First time it came back so well done it was grey and could not cut it. Asked for a new steak, came back the same way grey with no pink. The waitress suggested it was the light, I asked her if she saw any pink in the meat. She just commented that the steaks cost a lot of money. I said “ a Salisbury Steak at the buffet is better than the two steaks you brought me”. Third time the filet was cooked correctly. Rude service, bad experience. No Mcallan Whiskey flights very disappointing

The menu at Cagney Steak House states medium well has pink in the middle. They should change the definition on the menu.

Do you mean “medium rare”? Medium well is only one away from well done (think hockey puck). Worked in steak restaurant & it sounds like you ordered wrong 🤔. Good luck in future

They have the right to cancel ports read your contract. And 50.00 for a missed port was cool since they could have not gone and gave you nothing.

Technically, they don't have to offer you anything for a missed port, so it was nice that they gave you something. 🤷🏻‍♀️
