Free at Sea is misleading. How can it be free if you can not get it? (Bars). Cigar room is a nice addition and well kept. Be prepared for long lines and poor service on a pretty well maintained ship.

Pools always very busy. Hot tubs always full, Pools and hot tubs should be much larger for the amount of people on board.

Comedians were good. Price is Right game show was cancelled. Scheduled for next day.
Service and Staff

Room steward made bed twice in seven days. Had to ask for towels and wash clothes numerous occasions. Never vacuumed room. Bartender and bar wait staff very poor at servicing the customer. Terrible wait times. Waiters in dining rooms were excellent.
Ship Quality

Layout was good pretty easy to navigate. Clean common areas. Mens bathrooms are poorly designed. Paper towel dispensers are next to door, plan on door in back while you dry your hands.
Cabin / Stateroom

Balcony cabin was alot smaller than other ships we had sailed on previously. Fairly quiet on back corner of ship.
Ship tip
Plan on ALOT of people everywhere you go. Seems like too many people for the amount of employees. Plan on waiting for drinks or standing in line for cocktails. Cagney's Steakhouse is always very good.
High winds prohibited ship from docking. Day at sea. Ship elected to act like a day at port. A lot of ship stores bars, casino and stores should be open
