Review summary
We have cruised Royal and Celebrity but cruise now exclusively on NCL. The staff and officers could not be any nicer. Yes, the pool is crowded but you can find a spot if you look and the music, entertainment is great. One afternoon at the buffet I went to the bar to see if they had Heineken draft because the other bars were out. An officer overheard me tell my wife they had it. He asked if I wanted one, so I told him I would come down before dinner and get it. Then he asked where we were having dinner and the time. We arrived at Teppanyaki at 7pm and our server immediately brought me an ice cold Heineken. This was above and beyond expectations and the reason we cruise NCL. The service is always excellent and you never see an employee with an attitude. In fact when you talk to them, most have worked at other cruise lines but prefer NCL because they treat them better. We just cruised 7 days last week on the Bliss, another great cruise. Thanks to Bobby Ortega, Dominik, Germaine, Erik and Gday. You guys are the best.Embarkation
