If you have a tender … reserve your time for the day before …. We had 1 port tendered had a reservation for 945 am … got in line at 845 … got on tender at 1155 … was told “ 4000 people going to port and only 6 tenders … 30 minutes there 30 minutes back … last tender is at 4 and we will leave you “ very rude …. Only 3 of us out of 9 were able to get off

Looking at your cruise history I can understand why the Breakaway would be overwhelming for you.

I was on the This cruise the following week 8/28-9/4. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Port, tendering at 2 ports was excellent, all staff and crew went above and beyond.

Sounds like this is definitely not the cruise line for you if there was nothing at all you liked. With tenders they tell you that due to the number of people getting off you have to go the day before to get a place on an earlier tender if you need one, sounds like you did need one. Oh well this is why it’s good we have a choice of cruise lines.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Sadly, not all cruise lines work the same. If you go on RCCL again you will know about reservations. Now so do the rest of us. Appreciate your feedback.
