We had a good time and enjoyed the cruise. You do get more for similar pricing when we had a suite on Royal Caribbean. With a younger child, would have preferred kids' program with more activities and better time availability. Would consider Norwegian again if received a great deal on pricing, otherwise, feel that Royal Caribbean has them beat on food, entertainment and kids' activities.

Le Bistro was excellent. Several great meals in Haven dining room as well. Overall had better food experience on Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas, but we did enjoy the food.
Onboard Activities

Ropes course was a lot of fun and slides were enjoyable. Free fall slide was down for at least 2 of the days of our cruise. Great experience at the spa and good equipment at fitness center.
Entertainment

The shows were fun, but they were only 1 hour in length, rather than usual full length shows see on other cruises we've been on.

Daughter enjoyed the kids club. However, only available for 2 hours a few times a day. Better timing and programming on Royal Caribbean and Disney

All the personnel were super friendly and staff in the Haven was very accommodating and went the extra mile.

Location and set up of casino allowed cigarette smoke into middle atrium, so you smelled it often coming out of the elevators onto 7th and 8th floors. Otherwise, layout was intuitive and easy to navigate.
