Process was fast and efficient. Representative was a bit distracted which was the only thing that slowed us down. On the ship by 11:15 am.

Only ate breakfast in the main dining room. Food in specialty restaurants was very good. Buffet for a quick snack was fine. Enjoyed Margaritaville. Orlando, a waiter in Savor was very friendly. Putu, our waitress at Ocean Blue was awesome. We asked for her every time we visit.

The magician, JP Parent was very good. We did not enjoy Six. The music, and musicians were good, but poor audio or acoustics hampered the ability to understand most of the lyrics of the show

Crew sometimes gets a bad rap in reviews. Most of these young people come from all over the world, learn to work together as a team, & then have to deal with all sorts of people, some who blame them for every little thing they don't like. But in an emergency, the crew is who will be there for us. If you stop & think about their lives, could you do it with smile on your face day after day for months on end?

Well aware of the layout & drawbacks to it, but do like the ship. Crew is constantly cleaning public areas & the ship is very well maintained.

Our room steward, Reynaldo kept our cabin very clean. Room was plenty big for 2 adults, Ample storage, sometimes you just have to look around to find it.

This was the first leg of our back to back cruise, so we did not get off the ship. We did have to be scanned off, get processed through CBP then scanned back in. The entire process was very easy & crew was there every step of the way

My biggest complaint on cruises is how horrible the cruisers treat the staff. I agree. If you treat them great, they will respond double fold. I love hearing their stories.
I totally agree 100%. I've seen ppl treat the crew like they were servants and then not tip.
Ppl dont realize these ppl get little pay and rely heavily on their tips.
I found if you slip them a 20 at the beginning of your cruise, they give 200% during your cruise.
