Review summary

Been on royal and carnival prior to this NCL trip and I have to say based on this ship and experience I’d rather do carnival again and not NCL - service wasn’t great EXCEPT our room steward. Room was great but food and ship was not very good

Not impressed with the buffet at all. Never found anything actually good. The main dining rooms were ok but again, not impressed. The best I had there was the rotisserie chicken and it was actually very delicious

Pools stayed clogged as did the hot tubs so rarely had a chance to enjoy them

Since NCL doesn’t allow you to not pay service charge for stewards and waiters etc the waiters know they get their money and are not near as good as other cruise lines I’ve enjoyed. The wait for drink refills etc was very long

It wasn’t very giving in pool area for room to move around or dance. Smoking area was closed in and stayed filthy - not very impressed with layout

Room was great and balcony was big since we were at an angle we had more space - room steward was exceptional!!
