After the smooth check in we were not impressed with NCL. We found the staff to be kind of Rude except for a couple A handful of people. Was not pleased with only 2 out of 5 water slides working. 1st time Sailing NCL and probably the last
We had a great time with friends and just be an away on a cruise. I don't think we'll ever do another NCL Cruise. The best part of it all is there drink package no one I think can beat it.

Had 3 specialty dinings And was not impressed. The buffet was the worst I have ever seen in 14 cruises on 3 cruise lines I literally had to pieces of pizza off the buffet which was not very good. The main dining Room was OK but just OK

Too small of pool for that size ship and the deck area was way too small. Only 2 of 5 water slides working that sucked.

Expect a very beautiful ship but don't expect much from the staff.
This port is wrapped up by NCL they control everything about this port you can't get off site excursions they control it. And it's not the cheapest place to go as it once used to be.
Take your Credit card with you when you go on this port it's very expensive in watch they automatically add a gratuity to your bill don't add any more in less you get exceptional service.
Pity you seemed to have a bad experience. Have sailed 4 different cruise lines and you will always have staff sone that are nicer than others. We love to sail NCL
