Review summary

This is our first time cruising with Norwegian and it was an experience and leave us no doubt it will be our last. The food was good but service in some restaurant could have been better. The way to get around the ship and find things is a bit confusing at first. Stateroom service was on point. Some of the shows were great, others not so much. Of all the cruises we have taken, MSC is by far the very best. Royal Caribbean our second choice.

It was ok overall, but it will be my first and last Norwegian cruise. They need to organize better in every aspect.

My first time on Norwegian and noticed they do not have many shops or entertainment. They do things differently. Service on the restaurants was ok I would say, except for wasabi. Horrible service and short of staff. They share staff between two restaurants that are close. The oceans wave and the wasabi.

Cabin / Stateroom

Ship tip

Book your entertainment early. On the Manhattan restaurant, slacks are required for gentlemen. Don’t expect to have an entire floor of shops, just a few. Wait until the last few days to do your shopping onboard.
