I had fun and I would go again, but not having good quality fast internet is something to consider in 2019.
Embarkation

No problems and the wait was not long.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Specialty restaurants were excellent, except I was not impressed with Cagneys steak restaurant. The Japanese restaurant was great and it was my favorite. The buffet was decent but I grew tired of going there. The wait at the bar to get a Diet Pepsi was excessive and the unlimited beverage package was not worth it.
Onboard Activities

Pool rest and waterfall resting was excellent. However, the pool was small and only one was present.
Service and Staff

All were good except the bartenders were not efficient and paid no attention to the crowd on who came first and who was waiting the longest. The bartenders worked hard and probably needed more help.
Ship Quality

Excellent layout and design.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was a rear facing balcony room. I was happy with it. You can hear the engine and feel the rumble from time to time. Outside on the balcony was loud when the engines were roaring and the water was tumbling. The size of the room is similar to others I have stayed in and the room was clean. The guest room attendant was excellent. The bed was hard but tolerable. The bathroom was big enough.
Ship tip
Bring extension cords because there are few outlets and charging of electronics or use of medical devices can be limited significantly. The cost of internet access in 2019 is sad and should be free and part of the cruise cost.
This took too long on the ship to get off. Getting on was easy and getting off was difficulty and not well run. We cam in through the large atrium and out through the back halls and storage area of a lounge. I was not impressed with the departure morning.
We’ve been fortunate enough to stay in Haven the two times we’ve gone on NCL. I think if we stayed in a regular cabin we’d probably hang out on the ship until the majority of ppl are off and out to avoid the insanity we see on disembark. One of the best amenities in Haven in my opinion is that they escort you off the ship and past that god awful long line to customs. It’s expensive but worth it when it comes to little things like that.
Htoo many complaints. Cruising is not for you. We've been on 9 cruises. Loved them all. There will always be something you're not happy with but you didn't like anything.
