Review summary

Loved the room and the ports of call. There were lots of activities but everything was crowded. Too many people.

The adult pool was too small. It was so crowded there was no way to get in. Too much kiddie pools, waterslides, etc.

We only attended the complimentary shows and performances but they were all good.

Service and Staff

This cruise had a higher percentage of unfriendly staff. Twice we left restaurants because of no service. The bartenders were rude and abrupt. The "washy-washy" staff and the cabin steward were the most friendly. Most of the other crew acted like they were inconvenienced to answer questions or provide assistance. I am not sure if they were overworked because there were so many people on board or if they were tired of people, but I heard other passengers say the same thing. We requested our mandatory gratuity be removed and tipped those who provided quality service. If their gratuity is actually based on their level of service rather than being mandatory, maybe it will improve.
