This was our 4th cruise with Norwegian and I am sorry to say it will be our last. In comparison with other cruise lines, I would rather pay a little more and get a lot more.

Enjoyed Taste and Savor. Buffet was just ok. Shanghai Noodles very good. However, very disappointed that Norwegian no longer includes room service without paying $7.95. Wish I had read the small print sooner.

Layout in the Atrium is ridiculous. Bingo going on, Guest Services trying to hear you. Everything too loud .. hard to talk to the gal helping us with internet.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was dirty, found other passengers clothing and half drank bottle of water, also coins. Hair in shower and around toilet. Not impressed with balcony. Barely room for one never mind two.
I'm still at they don6t take your luggage to your room...
Please explain. Did you bring it on the ship with you and if so, you are correct. You have to keep it with you until the rooms are ready.
Also, your TIP says don't go with Celebrity. What does that have to do with NCL?
So sorry your cruise wasn't up to your expectations. I'm sure you will find some faults with any cruise ship. Who carries luggage on a ship and expects to be catered to with all that is going on?
There are other cruise lines and they all have fine print and short comings somewhere. Hopefully you find one that fits your style, budget, and makes you happy when it's over.
Research Goes a Long Way! That Atrium was there when you booked the ship, and so was Rock of Ages. Perhaps you confused Royal with NCL And hit the wrong button!
