I felt I paid twice as much as any other passenger on the ship in much nicer cabins than mine. I was disappointed when I found more than 25 people in cabins equal too or better than my cabin that paid $200 to $400 less per person than we did. They made their reservations about the same time. Some people in the Spa Rooms paid what we did. So disappointed in this.
Embarkation

I am disabled. We requested a Wheel Chair at the Curb. I had to walk about 400 yards to just get my name on a list for a chair. Waited an hour and it still took another hour to get on board.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The Main Dining Rooms were excellent with an excellent staff. The Buffet was almost excellent with a problem of not having Gluten Free readily available. A normal 10 to 20 minute delay in getting Gluten Free Bread or Bums. No Gluten Free pancakes or french Toast.
Onboard Activities

We really enjoyed to Spa. The prices were the highest I have seen on any cruises we have been on. Staff was very helpful.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Only bad mark on Entertainment is the Reservation System. Never saw it on a cruise ship before other than restaurants.
Service and Staff

The dining staff in the main dining rooms were excellent. Loved our Steward.
Ship Quality

Design leaves much to be desired. I am disabled. From our state room to a Lift was over 150 yards. Smallest state Rooms I have ever seen. Hallways had to be barely wide enough for one let alone 2.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bed was terrible. Asked to have it changed. They put a fluffy blanket over the bed and made it again. Smallest room I have ever seen on a ship. Room was way to far from a lift. Balcony was so small you had to climb over one chair to get to the other. If you sat on the balcony looking out you had no place to put your feet.
Ship tip
Eat in the Manhaten Room. Get a room close to a lift and make reservations for everything before boarding and just don't go if you decide not to. Most of the entertainment was excelled. Burn the Floor was the best I have ever seen on a Cruise. I walked out of the Adult Show in the main theater and the 80s show I had to use earplugs to just stand it. Way too loud.
Disabled people are at a loss there. It is too far to walk and the carts are not where you need them. You may have to walk quarter mile to get to a place to catch a cart and then the line is so long you have to wait up to an hour.
We arranged for a tour after we got there and the people from our cruise ship that were on the same tour paid well over double what we paid. Had a great time.
Did you have an accessible room? Also, did you look at deck plan prior to booking the room to see where the room was in relation to elevators? If you haven’t used a TA to book, it might be in your best interest to do so next time. They are usually at no cost to you, and are able to ensure your needs are met as far as wheel chair assistance, accessibility issues etc. Hope you had a great time even with these little bumps you experienced!
