Review summary

WE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR XMAS TRIP AND WE WERE SO DISAPPOITED . AFTER THIS CRUISE, WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY MORE OF NCL. WE SPOKE TO MANY OTHER PASSENGERS ON THE CRUISE AND ALL SAID THE SAME ITS A SHAME FOR NCL TO TREATED CUSTOMERS THE WAY THEY DID. THEY SHOULD NOT OVERBOOKED (GREED) AND UNDERSTAFF (EXCUSES) WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK THREE TIMES FOR PLUMBING ISSUE AND THEY HANGUP ON US ALL 3 TIMES AFTER 15 MINUTES WAITED . HORRIBLE IS THE ONLY WORD I CAN TELL YOU THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER CRUISE LINES THAT WORTH SPENDING.

TERRIBLE. ALL PASSENGERS INCLUDING OUR FAMILY HAD TO WAIT OVER 3 HOURS EVERY NIGHT FOR DINNER. WAITERS AND WAITRESS SEEMS VERY RUDE AND COMPLAINED OF UNDER STAFF AND SHIP WAS OVERBOOKED FOODS WERE SMALL PORTIONS AND VERY LOW IN QUALITY AND DIDNOT TASTE GOOD THE BUFFET EVERY WORST, SAME FOODS MOST OF THE TIME

STAFF WERE BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL , THEY HARDLY SMILE, ONE WAITER SPILLED THE GLASS OF WATER ON OUR TABLE AND MY SON WAS WET , THE WAITER DIDNOT EVEN SAID SORRY AND … DIDNOT EVEN CAME BACK TO REFILL THE WATER THAT HE SPILLED THE HOSTESS AT THE RESTAURANTS ALSO VERY RUDE.

BOOKED THE ATV AND MY SON FELT OFF THE ATV, BRAKE DIDNOT WORK, THEY CHARGED US $700 FOR BANDAGES AND TYLENOL AT THE MED CLINIC ON THE SHIP AND DENIED ALL COVERAGE SINCE WE SIGNED THE WAIVER THEY ASKED US TO

We sailed on the Breakaway December 6th-16th. We had a good time... I didn't care for the Rock of ages show and we didn't get to go to Grand Cayman islands cause we they said it was to rough to tender. But other then that it was great and we plan on going again In February.

I was on the ship the week before and understand. I heard that one side of the ship had plumbing problems our cruise also. They had forced crew to stay on for an extended contract so many seemed unhappy. They also had had GI problems the week before our cruise. I will not hold these things against NCL many other passengers said it was this ship.
