Great cruise, worst ship!! Unfriendly staff, really bad set up, even worse steward. I’d sail on her again if things improve but as it is now....nope. Cheaper cruises to go on that treat you like you should be treated!!! 4-5 deaths on board, 300+ people sick neurovirus and food poisoning, smoke stack shooting burning embers and soot into the sky and all over passengers, a man running around exposing himself to passengers....made for a bizarre cruise experience!!

I enjoyed the variety of activities on this ship, however, they packed up all the deck chairs and closed all the rock climbing, rope course etc. between 5-6 pm every night. If you wanted to kick back and relax on the decks it was nearly impossible!!

Not sure who’s brainchild idea it was to keep smokers corralled in a small plexiglass (cage) in the middle of the pool deck and very close to the kids pool....but Norwegian should really rethink that design!

Cabin size was great!! Worst steward ever!! Barely cleaned, took the beach towels three times and didn’t replace them. Took the bath towels one day and didn’t replace them, using a hand towel to dry yourself is just not enjoyable!! Never changed the glasses in 9 days!! Not till we finally complained to guest services!! 1 towel animal in 10days and he left us a customer comment card that had already been filled out by someone in September!! With all their info on it!!!
I’ve seen mention of the Norovirus or food poisoning on other sites too. The flaming embers falling on the guests and the fact that there were that many deaths onboard has me a little rattled since we sail in a couple weeks.
