Review summary
For my first cruise, I fell in love with the entertainment, dining options and fun for everyone on board the Breakaway. Though I felt I could have done without the stop in Port Canaveral, stepping on a Florida beach for the first time was certainly an experience. Make sure to make the most of your day in the private island, Great Stirrup Cay. This has been my favorite destination yet, and beats out Nassau in the island experience. Fun way to relax in the sun, while November was right around the corner! Weather and time of year were no trouble, and I believe this is probably one of the best times to go for cost and weather concerns.Embarkation

Wasabi
For an avid sushi lover, I would say to not get your hopes up super-high, but it does hit the craving you may have while aboard the ship for a week or more. For the extra cost, I would have rather made due with the appetizers in the complimentary restaurants that erred on the side of sushi-like fare.
Skyy Vodka Ice Bar
The room is small, and the only appeal on the drinks is the fact that they are served in cups made of ice. Other than that, I felt too cold to want to be in there for a long time and at the time, I remember paying something like $20 to go in for a total of maybe 20 minutes tops. Knowing what I know now, I would've said, "let's do this once, and be done with it."

Ship tip
Of all the excursions, make sure to go on either the Parasailing or the Stringrays on the private island! They were my absolute favorite experiences to take on my first cruise to the Bahamas.
