Review summary

Overall, the cruise is excellent but NCL doesn't pay attention to minor things which subtract highly from the cruise experience. For example, the chat application is buggy plus you have to pay for it which makes it difficult to communicate with others. The drinks package doesn't include water, specialty coffees and fresh juices which is ridiculous. The food quality is "OK" and crew not as willing to accommodate minor changes.

Ship tip

Don't follow the NCL directions for getting off the ship in St. Petersburg...just go to the 4th deck and walk out. We wasted 3+ hours and also got separated from the rest of our group

Yeah would be great to get more in the drink package. I was able to get Apple juice each day in the buffet. And filtered water also (not bottled) the people I always found to be great on the few ncl cruises I have taken very helpful always a smile

There drink packages could be better, that was the reason we started sailing with Celebrity, all drinks are included also at the Cafe Elbacio, all snacks are free too with your drink package.
