It was awful! The woman handing out the health forms ignored giving me one yet she gave the person in front of me and the person behind me a health form (the form was a necessity). At the check point to give the health form and check in the lady did not give me a number to board the ship. Embarkation on "Breakaway" was severely delayed on October 22, 2017,

I had a Studio although it was small it afforded comfort.
I did an excursion, the bus had an accident trying to go under the underpass that was too low for the bus. I was trying to get answers to questions such as: Am I going to miss my plane and if so who will pay for my ticket and hotel accommodations, got no answer. I requested that the tour guide call the excursion company to request a shuttle to take the people on the bus to the airports (LGA & JFK), no response given. The end result: The bus driver got a ticket and WE ALL MADE IT WITH TIME TO SPARE TO THE AIRPORTS.
Actually I had a problem with the disembarkation being a senior citizen. The employee took us down steps, long way down, I could not take the steps loaded down with a carry on, backpack and purse so I choose the escalator to the right of the steps which was closer to me, the lady would not let me board the escalator until her group completed going down at which point I lost the group I was with, (I was not missed) I walked to the left of the escalator straight forward and saw my luggage and from that point on things got better.
