Embarkation

Embarkation went fine. Arrive at the port around 10:45 am and we were on the ship by noon.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I can never complain about drinks :) The dining was okay though. The main dining rooms were all satisfactory. I love the Noodle Bar and ate there 3 times. O'Sheehans gets really boring after a few days. We stay out until 3 am almost every night and got tired of the same late night menu.

Onboard Activities

We got spa passes for the week and it was filthy. The wall in the pool was black and the water was disgusting after a few days. Very disappointed in the waste of money.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Hmm....We spent every night in Bliss and you can tell the djs made a play list and replayed it every night. Some nights were better than others but the music rotation was horrible.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Every staff member we encountered was awesome!

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
The ship design and layout was fine, but the ship is showing its age and lack of deep cleaning. The spa was dirty!

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Our cabin was fine but the shower head was broken and after reporting it still never got fixed. The minisuite felt a little roomier and I'd book it again. The cabin could have been cleaner, the carpet was filthy and needed a shampooing. I refused to walk around barefoot on it.

Ports of call

New York, New York Did not visit port

Port Canaveral, Florida

If you don't have an excursion planned there is absolutely nothing to do. We sat outside a bait and tackle shop and drank boxed wine and beer.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas Did not visit port

The seas were too rough for us to dock and tender.

Nassau, Bahamas

We got to spend an overnight here because of rough seas. This turned out to be awesome. We were able to go to Atlantis after hours and the aquarium is free.

Disembarkation

Words can't describe how terrible this was. It took almost 2 hours to get off the ship. Customs was quick and easy but the numerous lines and paths you have to take to get there was ridiculous.
