Review summary
First time on a cruise! I thought I would come back to give a wonderful review, but turns out it wasn't the best experience ever! To start, I had requested a handicap room as it was 3 of us and my friend has a heart condition, so we wanted a bit more room for him to be comfortable. Turns out, the person who helped us book the room, gave us the room next door to a handicap room and not an actually handicap room! After we checked in and noticed the room wasn't roomy enough, we walked over to guest services, Gina and Leo, were the WORSE! They pretty much told us, "too bad, the ship is full and we can't move you. Even if you call your agent, that won't help anything!" EXCUSE ME!!!! So we were pretty much out of luck and had to deal with it. Not one time did they apologize nor tried helping us out by reaching out to our agent. Everyone else was AMAZING!
