The staff was not very friendly and there was no place in the cabins for our luggage. The dining areas always had the same menu as the other dining areas.

These are the type of guests that probably make the staff a little ugly. Can you imagine working on a ship for 8 months straight and not seeing your family? And on top of that have to deal with rude customers? Be nice people!!

I have been on BA 5 times and have NEVER encountered any rude or unfriendly workers. They have always shown utmost politeness and respect. Have you thought that maybe your attitude could be the problem? You certainly arent the only ones on board. Lighten up and show them the same courtesy you want and you might have a different result!

I agree with you staff not at all guest friendly.  Most officers were very dismissive and walked around like Runway models not good very disappointed.

Why do people complain about staff not being friendly? If you show them the same courtesy that you want they will give it back. If you show them no respect and have an attitude then you will perceive them as being unfriendly. Have said it before, a few friendly greetings and common courtesy goes a long way.

Luggage under the bed or in the wardrobe. Those hard shell monster suitcases will create a problem and I have seen a few. Borrow lightweight luggage if you can

Been on the BA 3x's never had any problems. Luggage goes under the bed. Food choices were good also.

All the staff was friendly to us! And our luggage went under the bed as well! We had an amazing cruise on the Breakaway!! Highly recommend! 😊

clferr is basically correct, but there are nightly specials to choose from. And with so many venues to choose from, I think it is hard to not find a new choice every meal.

All of the main dining rooms will have the same menu.

Most people put their luggage under the bed. That is if they haven't packed everything they own! And what ship are you referring too? Dont know where you were dining, but every nite there is a different menu. Yes, they do have the same things such as comfort foods, but always have a new menu every nite.
