Review summary
The ship itself was lovely, very clean. Our room was in great shape, our cabin steward was sweet.
However, the cruise was way overbooked, the noise level was horrible. There were line ups for everything, from getting breakfast, to getting on the elevator! The adult areas such as the adult pool and the H2O adult deck were full of kids, and when we complained, they said they were unable to enforce the rules....really??, just tell the kids to leave!! How can it be ok for a 10 year old kid to be in an adult only hot tub on the adult pool deck??
i paid an additional 800.00 for spa services, and they couldn't even supply me with a robe to fit me! I am not a size 2, but neither am I a size 22. It was a very uncomfortable feeling.

We were on the Breakaway in when all schools were in session. I agree with the OP that the ship is outrageously loud. There is no place quiet to sit. Even the library is noisy! It's right next to the Atrium and the noise blasts through the walls. The two chief complaints we had with this ship was the noise and the poor quality food.
