Exceptional Service and wonderful ship.

This was a wonderful vacation.  The personal service was exceptional.  The ship was wonderful, very clean with so many options of entertainment.  This is the first cruise my husband and I have taken together.  We researched and decided that NCL fit what we enjoyed with its casual dining and environment.  We booked the Forward penthouse in The Haven.  We made the exact right choice for us!  The cabin was exceptional with plenty of storage and a great bathroom.  The bathroom even had a wonderful little makeup area where all my "junk" was out of the way.  The shower was huge with great water pressure.  It had a very nice bathtub but I never found time to use it.  I will make time on our next cruise.

Service:  I can't say enough about Nelson our "Butler"  He went way above expectations.  If we wanted anything we just called Nelson and he make it happen.  Patrick made sure we had the reservations we wanted and even made changes the many times we changed our mind.  He even handled a issue at the spa which we appreciated not having to worry about.  Our room steward Joseph kept our room so perfectly organized and clean.  Each day we would see them they knew our name and checked to make sure we were perfectly comfortable.  

The food on this ship is fantastic with many options.  We so enjoyed our favorite bartender Craig.  He seemed to be at all the bars we enjoyed and we really enjoyed is friendly personality and great smile.  

I can't wait to go on our next cruise and hopefully we end up back on the breakaway.  I can't say enough about The Haven option.  It was the best of both worlds for us.  We were able to enjoy the entire ship and had a very nice quiet place to retreat when we wanted extra pampering and quiet.  We were traveled in the middle of spring break so this was a much needed "Haven".  Thank you NCL for such wonderful memories.
