Review summary
The breakaway is a fabulous ship with modern, well appointed staterooms and shipboard areas and activities. However...the people you have to share that thing with are always a treat. Night 1 I had to call security on someone 2 doors down for screaming drunken madness and slamming. It was a big thug wannabe and his unfortunate GF getting back at her dad for something. Of course people in the area were huge cowards and stayed in their staterooms while I took action before this girl started getting bounced off walls. That got cleared up and not a peep from him the rest of the trip...prob has warrants. Food in the better restaurants is always top notch...even the italian place stepped up its game. Had a great convo with Mario Markovic at the coffee bar and made friends with most of the cool staff at the Vibe beach club which is now a no brainer for all future cruises. (Nate and Jesse and their friends were a great bonus to an already stellar trip).
Embarkation was a breeze, because we dont flip attitude to the staff we got priority lineup and getting off was even easier early at 745 which is a new option. Listen to the staff people, stop flipping shade and making demands for all your special wanna-needs. Also please remember, stairs are for walking, not sitting but the porch dwellers seem to need to be in the way for some odd reason. Great stirrup cay was perfect, Nassau was awesome because we stayed on the boat sunning at Vibe in the hot tubs instead of being harrassed to buy fake handbags and cigars from the locals. Same with Florida...why would you ever get off the boat there!? It's still Florida...hi JEB!
Staff on this boat is top notch as long as your not ignorant towards them. Elliot at Maltings bar recognized me right away from last trip and greeted me with a warm hug and a smile. Guest services are top notch and even the security guards who came up to back me up were thoughtful and de-escalating in their attitudes. I always feel like a member of the family and my wife and I will always enjoy the ship. Cant wait to be back in January for the 2 week Southern car.

Ship tip
Forget the elevators...people are ignorant and won't move back and the fact that the "splash academy?" is on 12 and the little rugrats are constantly pressing the buttons. People on the breakaway will use elevators to go down 1 floor no matter how capable they are.
