Review Summary

The ship in general did not have that wow factor as all other ships I have been on.  The dinner menus were good but not impressive.   It seems that you wanted more money if you wanted a better meal...$$$... In that case specialty dinning would have been purchased.  The dining staff were all very nice.   Arvin and Emily were fabulous at every show...they are a great asset to your cruise.   Every show had standing room only.  The seats in the theater are very uncomfortable ... many people coming out from the shows were all stating that fact.  The theater staff worked their "buns" off...but many people were offended by Rock of Ages  and were walking out...I felt sorry for the actors.  It was not a show for all. They did a great job.  The pool deck was very nice and the children's section done very nicely.   The smell of smoke was very apparent on this ship even when you were not in the smoking section....I never noticed this on other ships.   Our rooms were very nice and clean...and your system for having the room cleaned is an asset.  The staff in general were very pleasant.   I did like the way your Photo dept was set up with the folders...It made it very easy to view the photos.Surprised
