The staff seemed unhappy. At breakfast one morning a waitress seemed put out to take our order, dropped our food off about 20 minutes later and we never saw anyone again. No coffee, water or juice. At the Italian restaurant the service was even worse. The ship was not as clean as it had been in the past. If this had been my first cruise it probably would of been my last. It was hard to get a good drink at a bar...which at times was very frustrating.
