We were on the Gem Last year it was EXCELLENT! This was a terrible disappointment after that cruise!
This is the first time I have ever written a bad review about a cruise line!
My family has taken 12 cruises over the past 14 yrs!

Be careful they changed my cabin and moved us away from the rest of our families cabins....and we went to guest services to complain they blamed our travel agent! We had our documentation to PROVE mistake was made by cruise staff and they said nothing could be done once on ship!!!!!!!
