This is our 2nd time on this ship.  For the ship only being four years old it is run down.  They only have two shows that they repeat through the week.

Cabin / Stateroom
Embarkation and Disembarkation
The embarkation was ok. But the Disembarkation was horrible. They need to call it by floors for the people getting off. Waiting in line for an hour just to get off the ship at the time they tell you to get off is crazy. Then you wait in another line once you are off to get through customs. When we cruised the first time on this ship it was well organized and getting off went smooth. There was little direction and they let people do what they wanted.
Ship Quality
The ship is getting run down. The seats are ripping in the buffet. There are stains on the sheets and bedding.
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Same stuff just repeated. I have been on other cruises that have different activities by the pool through out the day. The shows are the same two shows that are repeated through out the week.
Children's Programs
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
