Review summary

I have taken 5-6 cruise with NCL, and this one was the worst. My wife and I actually liked all of the past cruises.This time, there were delays before actually getting on the ship and my luggage arrived at my room hours later while my wife's luggage arrived soon after getting on the ship.

The departure procedure was a disaster, and although we were "walking off" with our luggage and ready to do so long before the expected 8:30-9:00am projected time, it took more than two hours with absolutely no help or leadership from the NCL staff. What a disaster and what poor supervision or assistance during these long lines and hours.

esm54687 FYI: I like the 'BA' and booked the 28 days before exiting the ship. I cruise because I love it and couldn't care less when luggage is arrives outside the cabin. I'm sorry I posted for my group: worst exiting A number of folks over age 70 on my tour complained to me about having their luggage tag color called and then having to wait outside in the bitter cold to get inside the terminal. I was speaking for them. The congestion outside the pier kept our bus from parking, so we had a long wait in the cold. sorry all for posting here.🙏🙏😖😖😖😔😔😔 our cruise actually docked at 4am so an ill passenger could get medical care.

I feel the same I've deleted this app so many times!! We have worked so hard to save for this holiday and when u get these reviews that r so ridiculous it makes me so angry. I appreciate some people have genuine complaints, but the ones that moan and groan about stuff that r so trivial I'll say it again GET A LIFE

My third trip on the Breakaway was this past January. It was the worst ever for exiting the ship ( standing outside in the cold waiting to get inside the terminal was close to 30 minutes ) and rounding up our luggage. And then all the confusion and congestion outside of the terminal trying to catch our transportation......BAD !!!

Been on 7 cruises and never new your luggage was to be at your by a certain time ....never new there was an exact time for it to arrive....so in my experiences there is no set time or a guaranteed time your luggage is to be there .....how do you know it was late...further more who cares when it gets there cause in noway am I gonna wait at my room for it to get there I have better things to see and do....if we wanted something from my luggage we put it in our bag we carry on
