Review summary

I recently traveled on the Norwegian breakaway two bedroom heaven villa. The bathroom smiled like someone from a previous cruise was sick and it took them 3 days to get the smile out. They also never changed my bed sheets for the entire tire trip. This trip cost me over $9500.00 for 5 people to go. When you first check in at terminal they don't have enough seats for the Haven passengers and while you're on the ship you have to continuously check your statement as they continue to nickel & dime you for everything even charging for specialty meals when we had the dining paclage.

Asked housekeeping several times that there was a smell coming from the bathroom by somebody on the previous cruise was sick and never change the bedding for the entire cruise. Room was never cleaned until very late in day around 6 pm . And when you check in at NYC terminal in the haven lounge they don't have enough seating so we had to stand for over 1 hr.
