Review summary

great food great service, we had a medical emergency and the ship had to go 150 off course and we still made Bermuda in record time.

love the ship

the only issue is with NCL

we used a debit card and all charges were applied but then NCL held an additional 900.00 for 4 business days. not sure why but this did not sit well with us

cabin was fine we chose an inside cabin so expected a smaller size but the location was perfect

hotels do the same with a debit card . it's a hold for spending with a credit card you don't see it cause the bill comes after the hold is lifted

I had no issues with a cash account. We have had issues using a card, once we were charged our entire bill twice and it took a bit to straighten it out. With a cash account you give them what you want and can add to it while on the cruise if you need to. At the end of your cruise you get back what you didn't use and you have nothing to worry about. It works for us.

I always do a cash account because we have had issues. Otherwise, NCL is the best!!!

my husband and I used a prepaid credit card from our bank, or you can give them cash.
