Service is Extremely Lacking

Overall, the cruise was good, but the Staff lacks personality, language skills, and customer service.  Restaurant hostess were generally unpleasant, wait staff takes your order and runs, our housekeeper was terrible and didn't understand our requests.  Would take our towels and not replace with the correct quantity.  He never took away or changed our dirty glasses, didn't vacuum or change the sheets - even after we requested since we were staying with a baby.


I felt like I was treated like a number, no personal service at all.  The staff appeared jaded and bored or completely overwhelmed and are quick to rush you along...on to the next.

Cabin / Stateroom Carpet needs to be extensively shampooed and vacuumed.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Horrible! No organization. No information on the do's and don't's - we had no direction on what to do, when to do it or how to do. You can't hear the loud speaker in the general areas because people don't quiet down so others can listen. This should be printed in the daily write up you get every night. So we could have properly prepared. We were traveling with an infant and we had to wait outside in the cold for an hour to disembark through customs. I think Parents traveling with infants, whom we paid $400 as a passenger, should be given special disembarkation direction - weather permitting.
Ship Quality
Seating needs a serious cleaning and refurbishment. O'Sheehan's is filthy! The banquets were sunken, covered in food, missing buttons, etc. Staff definitely needs to wipe down booths after every seating, and they clearly aren't.

Bermuda was great!
Onboard Activities
Only family friendly place is the kids pool. Nothing for adults to do with their children other than that.

Service and Staff
Keilana was our housekeeper and he was terrible. He didn't clean, vacuum, dust, replace towels or change the sheets. Just emptied the trash once a day.
Food and Dining
Food is good, staff was terrible.
