Review summary

This was first my cruise and frankly I would advise everyone out there not to take this cruise from Newyork it's way too boring. Where to start not a good option for those who are vegetarians as they have very limited options of veg food to offer and the food they do offer is not good in quality or taste. Also they have very limited entertainment on-board to occupy your self busy and the night clubs are so boring as the DJ's need to sync up with the current music.

Went to there specialty restaurants , they ALL offer the same thing ..
FULL of salt OMG terrible..
WE did tell them we are vegetarians it was marked on our cruise papers along with my Birthday and our anniversary ..
Nothing was offered only 1 night at the buffet they had a vegan section and that was it never seen it again.

I have heard the same complaint from my sister in law that is vegetarian.  On NCL if you want a good meal with you have to go to one of the specialty restaurants,   the MDR is hit and miss.

Before you book your next cruise I would suggest a good travel agent (that specializes in Cruising)  that can recommend a cruise line and a ship to fit your needs.   I think it was on Celebrity or RCI that they had an Indian section of the buffet that did have some vegetarian choices,  but they did not change every day.

Yes it is terrible, even when you ask for a vegan burger they put it in the deep fryer..
I am a cook been one for 41 yrs some foods you just do not deep fry..

Welcome to cruising and thank your for posting your review.  I do agree with you that cruise lines need to have more vegetarian options available to passengers.

I agree with the food options for vegetarians is not good at all..even in the sit down restaurants had the same foods to offer full of salt not good.
Yes the dust is unreal in the suite we had..
Us women made our own fun on Friday by the Waves pool did a dance off and had many people involved..FUN FUN we had to make for ourselves ..
