Review summary
The Breakaways initial attraction was sailing from New York. The experience of meandering down the Hudson on a sunny winter afternoon more than met my expectations. The views were amazing and the ship gorgeous.
The cabins are a good size with plenty of storage. Particularly recommend the aft cabins with the bigger decks if you like to laze on your balcony.
After two relaxing days at sea we arrived at Port Canaveral (not very exciting compared to New York) and a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. What a great way to spend a day. The tour representative was wonderful, the center well worth the explore and the IMAX experience a great way to end the day.
We didn't disembark at the Cay as everyone else did so we virtually had the boat to ourselves.
Nassau was explored on foot by ourselves. Interesting little port, worth getting away from the tourist routes.
The trip home was just as relaxing. Overall the cruise was wonderful - good food, great ship and the type of cruise you make what you want of.

If you like a European feel eat at Savor or Taste. Large balconies on the aft staterooms are worth the extra dollars
