Review summary
Overall our family had a wonderful time. Our stateroom was very small for 4 people-(2 adults,2 teens) with the smallest balcony I've ever had on a cruise ship. We've cruised on Disney twice and Carnival and had bigger staterooms/balconies. I chose the Breakaway for all the sports activities and wasn't disappointed. My son practically lived on the basketball court. The ropes course was great, once you got on it. The lines were very long and they needed more staff to get everyone hooked up properly. The trampoline bouncer was only open for 2 hours , 2 of the days we were at sea, long lines, long wait-not worth it. The waterslides were amazing. The menu at Taste and Savor are the same for the entire cruise. it is a very limited menu. The food quality and service was average at best. The food was much better in the Garden Café, where we ate often. We enjoyed all the shows, especially Burn the Floor which we saw twice. This was the first time we DID'NT book off shore excursions through the cruise line because they were so expensive. We used the ferry and public buses to get around Bermuda and it was GREAT!! We saved a ton of $$$. We took a taxi to Horseshoe Bay which was a little pricey, but thought it was worth it because we had our own personnel tour guide.Ship experiences
