Room Type: Balcony

Staff members manning the food at the buffet were NOT helpful at all, in fact at times, I felt they were rude! We had to go to other tables to get our own silverware to eat with. When the chocolate sauce was empty no one seemed concerned or attempted to fill it.

I was disappointed that 4 restaurants had the EXACT same menu!

Service and Staff
The staff was either very helpful or not at all!

The Bermuda Triangle Glass Bottom Boat Cruise was fantastic!
New York, New York
TOO small for sp many passengers at one time.

Book a spa balcony room if you are not traveking with children since you can't get a chair by the pool all day. Most of the chairs by the pool had towels, shoes or children's toys on them and were never used all day! No one from the staff monitored this.
It was not clear where a cigar smoker could smoke. It turns out it is ONLY in the cigar lounge - the Humidor. We were SHOCKED to learn that passengers were not allowed to smoke cigars on their balconies or in any outside bars or outside lounges!
