Review summary

We cruise every year and this was our first NCL and our last. Everything from the ships lay out to poor service was unacceptable. The staff was rude, the cabins were exceptionally small, the food although good you had an extremely small selection, pool area was the worst I have seen on any ship, entertainment was strictly for ADULTS thought this was a family friendly cruise. Specialty restaurants were great but you had to fight for reservations. Overall attitude of the entire crew right up to the officers was extremely poor with no regard for the passengers. You want a great cruise vacation go on Royal Caribbean!!!

Ship tip

If your sailing on the Breakaway to Bermuda don't waste your money on a port side cabin because the ship actually docks starboard side. Would have been nice to know this in advance.
