First ever transatlantic and didn't know what to expect. The new Norwegian Bliss was beautiful and despite the sometimes cold, foggy weather, we had a great time. Service at times was a little sketchy, but I think the servers were getting up to speed on new tablet based software in a language that was not their first language. Overall, the cruise was very nice.

Nice experience but disapoointed by the lack of ballroom dancing; no more dance floor and music in the Manhattan. Bridge teacher could not teach, although good at organising duplicate. Would like more ping pong. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Studio is more spacious than i expected. Bed is higher than on some other ships, great for storage. Glass shower, great storage. Live feed tv of ocean

We did the 12 day transatlantic crossing (inaugural) back in April. Fantastic ship, very clean and very easy to navigate. The staff couldn't do enough and there was loads to do, especially for all the sea days. Food was amazing and we made use of the speciality dining options such as Le Bistro, La Cucnia, Texas Q and Ocean Blue. Wish it had been slightly warmer to be able to eat on the waterfront. Shows were fab as always! Can't fault it at all. Only downside both the Iconcierge and new Cruise Norwegian apps weren't working, making it harder to remember what we had booked. NCL need to work on their IT (website and App) as this can let down the whole experience. Other than that it was a truly great trip.

Our first cruise could not have been better! The food at every restaurant was excellent and the waitstaff professional! Entertainment was superb - The Jersey Boys was the best! Loved the go carts! And the winning smiles of every staff member from our cabin guy to the Captain always made us smile too!

Beautiful ship can’t wait to sail this ship 2019. Can dome tell b were is a good place to eat. I’m so excited I’m already getting what I need from places.

The observation lounge in the front of the Bliss is a great addition to the ship. If you ever have the chance to go for breakfast this is a great spot!

Good trip except disappointing how NCL is cutting back on quality in Main Dining choices and Entertainment variety.

Overall, it was a great time. I enjoyed every port and the ship, but I was sad knowing they took away our Ensenada port at the last minute.

Overall, if you want to relax, this is it. Plenty of places to sit and chill, but also plenty of places to let yourself go!!

The cruise itself was nice and relaxing. We loved the Observation Lounge and our cabin. The NCL app was not user-friendly, the wi-fi kept turning off, no menus for the dining rooms, Deck Plan was incomplete, no info on open times of restaurants and other venues, had to refer to the daily paper for that.

I enjoyed this NCL cruise. The food and entertainment were good. The NCL sponsored excursions were well priced.

Aboard the ship, we went through rough waters to the cold Alaskan frontier. Though at this time of year, each port store and activities were cut more than half, the land had a fresh dusting of snow.

Need more on-board activities on sea days other than just shows.

Our fourth cruise to Alaska so we were thrilled to see some things again. We'd call this cruise an "express" Alaska trip - if this is all you have time and budget for, great. If you can make more stops and see more of the state, even better!
