Review summary

The booking and dealing with them after. Every time I called for a diff answer. Any changes they did or didn’t do cost me big time. Even one agent was surprised at how much it cost. When calling the VP of customer service they did nothing to rectify. I spent easily 40 hours on the phone in total and it was very stressful. Too many mistakes and no accountability. Just ended up costing me. We never got a bill and even trying to contact someone was difficult after. I booked for a family of 9…we plan on cruising every year. They won’t get my business again. Poor customer service

Ship tip

Make sure the booking is done properly. When we booked I had to spend way too long on the phone making sure they make the right corrections. It was horrible
