Smooth,but more guides and/or signs at the drop-off points outside the terminal would help.

Bar service great for so many ,especially at the Observation Lounge. Restaurants still need more "dress code" enforcement.

A small Atrium area is not the place for so many functions. Gym is small for such a large ship. Otherwise,good.

All so friendly to the point of almost being annoying.

Again 5 stars for cleanliness,but 2 or 3 for design. Too much going on in the small Atrium area. Hard to hear at Guest Services. Need a second smaller event theater area. Thank you for a closed smoking casino area.

Gold panning with Sterling was really informative. Red Dog Saloon is always worth,at least a beer stop.

One and half hour jet boat Great Alaskan river was good except it was probably too hot and sunny for moose and bears as we did not see any. Long trip to get to boat. 45 min. ferry ride and 35 min. bus,but guides all through were good.
