I believe they replaced it with The American Diner.

It's replaced by a generic "American Diner," and on both Bliss sailings I've had, I rarely saw a soul dining there.

it is American diner and it's not as good as margaritaville. not worth the additional fee you have to pay

As others have noted, it’s American Diner. We are there and while the shakes were impressive, I found the food forgettable. I would dine there if included in the fare, but not as a paid specialty restaurant. (I suspect American Diner may be replaced with another food concept once NCL decides what it wants to do with it.)
