I'm not vegan but I have a million food allergies and sensitivities that make it really challenging to travel. And I haven't been on the Bliss yet, but both cruises I've taken on Norwegian were really outstanding with regard to food. They took my concerns very seriously and set me at ease. I would imagine Bliss would be no different. You may want to check with Customer service at ncl.com ahead of time. Enjoy your cruise! I'll bet it will be awesome.

went on NCL to Norway from UK. They are not terribly great with Vegan. Have to really tell them what to get you. No real Vegan fare offered. The buffet chef made us veggie burgers a bunch of times. Even though when you talk to Customer service they say oh sure we can do vegan. Sorry.
