Store was clean, nice staff. It could use more NCL clothing choices

Not a fan. I knew the items would be overpriced but on top of that, there wasn’t much variety compared to other cruise lines. No “flash sales” worth going to. I like shirts so it was disappointing not being able to find a Bliss shirt worth the money.

We were highly disappointed with this shop. The variety was slim to none. The pricing was about 30% higher than I expected and ultimately we only bought one thing and no souvenirs nor anything for ourselves.

Seems to only support watches and jewelry. The little store is lacking in lots of supplies except for tax free alcohol. So if you want to get drunk, buy a diamond while wearing your watch then you came to the right place. If you wanted to purchase a great t-shirt, grabbed a Gatorade and looked at sunglasses then do it in Miami before you go!!!

Overall pretty good except they didn't have any batteries. I needed 9v.

I b'ot all of my ship swag from here. The NCL branded coffee mug cost 24$ and is why I say buy the souvenir mugs from the venues, they cost way less. BUT, at the time I wanted a coffee mug to carry around, as I didn't bring my own. Sandbar is the sundry shop, that has many things you may need (like toothpaste), but not everything a sundry shop should have. They had no deodorant or allergy pills, for example.
