Q Texas Smokehouse on Norwegian Bliss

Being from Texas, I'll share that the brisket at Q wasn't smoked low and slow enough - and it was just ok. Others at the table raved about the pulled pork and chicken being amazing. The sides and desserts were great! We took the opportunity to dance as the band, Big Iron, played some great music! We went back after dinner another evening and sat at the bar while the band played. We really enjoyed the music!

The food was very dry. The service was good and had live music.

Interesting place. Food was great and so was the service. However, the band playing in this restaurant was so loud we couldn't talk to the person next to you. Waitstaff had difficulty talking to us. It was like being in a club while you're trying to have dinner. They need to turn down the music.

Food portions are ginormous

Everything from Texas is simply BIGGER including the meals served at the Q Texas Smokehouse!

Excellent quality, the portion sizes have seemed to diminish from last time, but the food was fantastic!

Food was decent and you get a good amount. Somewhat disappointed they only offer a single side of you are using the dining package. Probably my least favorite speciality restaurant. The other issue is if you happen to have your dinner while the live band is playing, it gets really loud. The band was great though.

That was the best food on the ship, the sides were adequate because of the number that came with the meal. I'm from just outside of Kansas city and I must admit the BBQ was great, very tender and flavorful.

Really good BBQ. I got the sampler platter that came with two sides and a dessert so they had to roll me out of there. Marked down a star because of the live band. Excellent idea but the speakers were way to close to the tables so you couldn’t talk without yelling.
