I have to mention the staff on our cruise were phenomenal! They were always smiling, and happy to help, throughout the entire ship. Our cabin attendant knew our names and welcomed us at first sight - he knew who we were before we'd even gotten to our room! The dining staff were always attentive.

There are definitely activities to do, but we also had a fair amount of time we were bored as we weren't interested in events on the itinerary for the day.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was your basic room with complimentary bath robes, a hand soap bar, lotion, and dispensers in the shower with Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash. There was also a clothes line if needed, a hair dryer, hand held mirror, and a medicine cabinet. There were also locking drawers with a key in the top of each nightstand and a safe in one of the closets. We also had lifejackets in the room if there was an emergency. Nice little sitting nook with a table, chair, and couch. A loaded mini fridge, and multiple outlets/USB ports.
The Cabin met all of our needs. We rarely spent much time in our room, so there wasn't a need for anything fancy. We utilized every closet, drawer, and cabinet. Our room was always clean and made as soon as we were out.
Ship tip
We chose open seating for our dining experience. It is very casual, from people in bath robes (not appropriate in our opinion, but to give you an idea of what was worn) and swimwear to dress clothes. If you want a more elegant experience, choose set dining times with formal nights.
We went zip lining here, explored town, and went to a salmon bake for dinner. The zip lining was great, the Red Dog Saloon is noteworthy, and the waterfall was beautiful by the salmon bake.
Probably our favorite town. Super cute, more old timey than the others. We took the White Pass Summit train ride and enjoyed it. You can easily see town in a couple of hours!
