Review summary

This was our first transatlantic and we were not disappointed with anything. There were activities and programs provided on the sea days and the ports were very interesting. The staff is the happiest I have ever experienced. Everything was run in a timely manner. Exits from the ship were very organized and quick. They kept it cold but I don't know why.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
They provide wonderful service for those who need to eat "gluten-free." The dining room selections were varied and good.

Entertainment

The speakers were excellent. The culinary center is really a nice addition. We had something there every day.

Ports of call

Barcelona, Spain

The hop on hop off buses are a wonderful way to see the city.
Don't Miss: The Padrea Famillia is great as well as Gaudi's apartment.

Cadiz (Seville), Spain

Loved the White Villages.

Monte Carlo, Monaco

I took an optional tour to Nice and Eze and enjoyed both very much. Eze is a real neat place but the climb to the top of the city is a killer.

Ponta Delgada, Azores

Really liked this port.

Valencia, Spain

Think the bad guide we had influenced my opinion of this city.

Almeria, Spain

Liked that you could explore on your own.

Pros: The days at sea

Cons: How cold they kept the ship
