We spent alot of time in the Spa. Cash Money was a delight to visit and work with. She's funny but takes her job very seriously. Joy was a true pleasure to spend time with. Had both a pedicure and manicure and she was amazing. Easy to talk to and so friendly!

Frustrated at how hard it was to get a seat by the pools. Watch and many people would save chairs and not come back to them the entire day. Others would sit on their chairs that they had saved and then leave the towels on so one would not know if they were coming back or not. Signs say if guests are not returned to their chairs they would be given up for others to use. NEED to have bar staff or other employees keep track of this. Heard complaints on this from many other guests. Some guests were very upset. This has never been an issue on the other cruiselines we have been on.
Entertainment

Need other activities through the day such as Bingo. The Comedian was great but the dancers and singers were just OK. Would be nice to have a Broadway performance or play.

Wahyu was wonderful!! Always greated us by name and would make sure everything was alright. So polite and friendly! He made the entire stay even more wonderful! Very high regards to him

Ship was clean but cut up. Sometimes it was hard to find the dining room which was at the back of the ship around a hidden wall.

Perfect. Size was very good. Spent alot of time on the balcony where there were comfortable chairs provided.

Find a chair before 5:00 am by the pool and make sure one of your party stays to keep the seats for you.
Very easy and very smooth. This was the quickest and easiest embarkement and disembarkment we have ever had with a cruise line. Wonderful job by Holland America!
Let me know the cruise lines that you have not encountered chair hogs. The only times that I have not encountered chair hogs, was when it was cold and raining.
