Beautiful boat; great food; wonderful entertainment; terrible service. Not sure what happened but they changed our room (upgrade) the last minute without informing us. Instead of being in the middle of the boat we were placed upfront near the elevators, though probably a better room. Wife wanted something quieter; asked to be moved and was told that only HQ could grant that request. Requested again and they moved us to a smaller room that had the toilet problems (I suspect that was why it was unoccupied). Hence we got a quieter room with a toilet that didn't flush. The boat probably knew, HQ didn't. Lack of communication and disconnection between the customer, ship staff, and HQ makes for interesting times. When will they get their act together?

Best food; main dining room was slow - 2 hour for a simple meals? Specialty restaurants had better service but food was the same just presented better. Not sure if it was worth the added cost.

Must of been a new crew being trained; no one knew what to do. Hence it took so long to get simple things done like a cup of coffee at a specialty restaurant or water at the buffet.

Our cabin had a toilets problem (would not flush). When we left it was still acting up. The next one to occupy that room will also have a toilet problem. The staff is not experienced enough to do more than "Band-Aid" over the problem. Sad state of the service.

Great balcony view and position in the boat, but as stated before it has toilet and shower problems. Not sure what the problems are but both did not work consistently. Must of made a call to maintenance everyday to have something in the bathroom fixed. Never could get it working properly. Nothing like living with an unflushed toilet - disgusting!
Ship tip
When they tell you that you need to be someplace at a certain time, expect to sit around and wait for them for at least 30 minutes.
Tender took forever; they give you a ticket and you wait to be called. Expect 30 minutes waiting. Island is very relaxing and the water beautiful and refreshing. Best stop.
Beautiful beaches and easy to get to. Did not like the long waiting time to board a tender to the island. Very unorganized crew onboard; fortunately the tender was a Grand Cayman private firm that was much more efficient with moving people.
Docked in an out-of-the-way industrial port (not downtown) away from the town and beaches. Town was busy and dirty with garbage piled up at the corners.
There were 5 other large cruise lines sharing the port with us; and the port handled the load well. Interesting port to explore and wonder about; much cleaner than other ports.
The worst! They wanted to get everyone off the boat to reset and clean; I understand that. But why were we all just sitting around waiting for our turn to get off the boat? Our tag was called, we went down to disembark only to find hundreds of other folks standing around trying to get off the boat. Crew was so disorganized; no one was in charge; there were line going no where.
