Overall it was a good cruise. We are 70 and found the ship lacked things to do during sea days.

Had slow service and only warm food the fist night on the MDR. Remainder of the cruise the service and food was very good. Not a fan of the Market as it was crowed and the food adequate.

Onboard Activities

Not our type of cruising. Not much to do on sea days other than listen to sale pitches or play bingo.

Entertainment

Music Walk was amazing. Lincoln Center during the day were very good. Blues band a Billboard piano were great. By far the Rock band was the best we heard.

Our cabin steward (Riff) was very attentive. Other than the first night in the MDR the service was awesome.

Disappointed in the size. Bathroom sink area very small. Shower was very spacious.

Ship tip

If you like a subdued cruises than HAL is for you. We knew going in that this was for a more seasoned cruiser but we didn’t realize the lack of things todo.
